The Pharmacy Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the e-commerce pharmacy’s daily operations including order processing, inventory handling, reporting, and event sales coordination. The role requires attention to detail, computer and Excel skills, and the ability to support field events as needed.

Key Responsibilities
📦 Order & Logistics Support
- Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate with third-party delivery services
- Update delivery status and maintain dispatch records
🧾 Inventory & Warehouse
- Receive goods from suppliers and prepare GRN (Goods Received Note) reports
- Ensure correct labeling, storage, and organization of inventory
- Assist with stock counts and inventory record updates
- Monitor and report stock levels, expiry dates, and stock movement
📊 Reporting & Data Entry
- Use Excel or Google Sheets for:Filling GRN reports
- Daily sales tracking from various channels
- Stock tracking and closing balance reports
- Submit accurate and timely reports to the supervisor
🛍️ Sales Event Support
- Assist in preparing for monthly payday sales and road sales events
- Take required stock for the event and ensure proper arrangement
- Support sales activities during the event (record sales, assist customers)
- After the event, prepare a reconciliation report: sales vs. closing stock
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory (pharmacy or e-commerce experience is an advantage)
- Proficient in computer use, especially Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and responsibility
- Team player, able to support both in-office and field activities
