Telehealth Operation Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Telehealth Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our telehealth services, contributing to the strategic planning and development of telehealth programs, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is critical in supporting the delivery of high-quality telehealth services to our clients and ensuring the department operates effectively.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the telehealth department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with telehealth service providers, including physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of telehealth appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of telehealth services provided.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on telehealth service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on telehealth operations and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of telehealth services provided.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of telehealth technology platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to healthcare providers and patients as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions for healthcare providers, clinics and hospitals’ administrative staff on telehealth procedures and hospital appointment booking technology.
  • Support the planning and execution of telehealth projects and initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, telehealth services, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and other relevant healthcare technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues efficiently.
